Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume (sales, holiday season, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to let you know.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including, when available, a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 6 to 11 business days. These times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs clearance, strikes, etc.).

Shipping is free on all orders.

We currently ship to the United States.

Incorrect shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged package

If your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please contact us at blask.polska.kontakt@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated shipping date so we can quickly resolve the issue.
